Margaux has had a passion for sports and fitness for her entire life. Born in Southern California but raised in Montana, she took interested in a variety of athletic activities (gymnastics, golf, ballet, horseback riding, Tae kwon do, swimming and running). In high school she played on the golf and volleyball team and had the opportunity to compete in an international golf tournament in Australia in 2003.
Looking to travel and explore more, she attended Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu and graduated with her BSBA in Corporate Communication with a minor in International Business and Spanish. While in Hawaii, she decided to play more sports: surfing, running and outrigger canoe paddling. In 2006 she took part in the 41-mile canoe race from Molokai to Oahu.
After she moved back to California’s Bay area in 2008, Margaux became a personal trainer to continue her passion for health and fitness and inspire others to do the same. Over the past year and a half, she has competed in numerous races, half-marathons and adventure races. A friend had mentioned CrossFit to her and her first workout was the Filthy 50, she found a new passion. Since joining CrossFit, she has competed in a handful of competitions, placing 2nd at the Left Coast Invitational in San Diego, CA and 4th at FemmeFit in Martinez, CA
Margaux is a very intense and determined woman and is always encouraging and motivating. Going forward, she desires to build her name as an athlete, coach and fitness enthusiast. She also aspires to be a wellness coach, among other things, but focusing on the approach to fitness and nutrition for kids and adults. She currently holds several fitness certifications:

- NASM & TRX Certified Trainer
- HKC Instructor
